Welcome to BetterKeeper. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

BetterKeeper ("the app") is a personal productivity tool for managing tasks, projects, notes, and related content across your Apple devices. We may update, improve, or discontinue features over time.

2. Your account

BetterKeeper relies on your Apple ID and iCloud account for sync and sharing. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure.

3. Subscriptions & purchases

  • BetterKeeper offers a free trial and paid subscriptions. Pricing is displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew through your Apple ID unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple per the App Store Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to reverse-engineer it, using it to store unlawful content, or interfering with its normal operation.

5. Your content

You own all content you create in BetterKeeper. We claim no rights to your tasks, notes, projects, or attachments. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

6. Sharing & collaboration

When you share a project or channel with others, you are responsible for who you invite and what you share with them. Shared content is exchanged via Apple's CloudKit.

7. Disclaimers

BetterKeeper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app reliable and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetterKeeper and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

You can stop using BetterKeeper at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access if these Terms are violated.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
