How do I get started with BetterKeeper?

Download BetterKeeper from the App Store, open it, and follow the short onboarding. You can start adding tasks, notes, and projects right away — no account sign-up required.

Which devices does BetterKeeper support?

BetterKeeper runs on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Your data syncs automatically across all your devices via iCloud.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every new install includes a 30-day free trial with all features unlocked. No credit card required.

My data isn't syncing between devices. What should I do?

Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID on both devices and that iCloud Drive is enabled in Settings → [your name] → iCloud. BetterKeeper should appear in the iCloud app list and be toggled on.

Where is my data stored?

All your content lives in your personal iCloud container. We never see or store it on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, tap BetterKeeper, and select Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and choose the BetterKeeper purchase.

How do I share a project with someone?

Open the project, tap the share icon, and choose who to invite. They'll need BetterKeeper installed and be signed into iCloud to accept.

Can I use BetterKeeper with a team?

Yes — shared projects and channels let small teams collaborate in real time. Changes sync instantly across all participants via CloudKit.

What's the difference between Classic and Organic themes?

Classic is a crisp, modern look with sharp edges and a clean palette. Organic is warmer, with softer shapes and a muted earth-tone palette. You can switch any time in Settings.

Does BetterKeeper work offline?

Yes. The app works fully offline — changes sync automatically whenever you reconnect.

How do widgets work?

BetterKeeper includes home and lock-screen widgets for Today, Upcoming, and Ongoing Projects. Long-press your home screen, tap the + icon, and search for BetterKeeper.
